A: No. We are a full mobile Locksmith service.

Q: How long does it take to get service?
A: Our average wait time is: 15-25 minutes. We work hard, 24/7, for our customers.

Q: What is a service call?
A:The price for coming out to the costumer's location.

Q: What kind of payment forms do you accept?
A: We accept cash and all major bank and credit card. We apologize- No CHECKS, NO BILLING.

Q: Can I pay over the phone with a debit/credit card?
A: Yes. To insure your safety, we will need the following information: Card number, expiration date, security code (found on the back of the card) and billing zip code.

Q: Do I need my ID in order to get inside my house?
A: Yes. In a situation where we need to allow you entry to a property we will ask you for some sort of identification. It can be your ID and/or a utility bill and/or rental agreement and/or power of attorney form.

Q: Do I need my ID in order to get a car key made?
A: Yes. In a situation where all keys have been lost and we need to make you a new car key we will ask you for some sort of identification and proof of ownership of the vehicle. It can be your ID and/or a Title/Registration/ Insurance-card and/or rental agreement and/or power of attorney form.

Q: I am a business owner; what advantage do I get if opening an account?
A: Opening an account is Free! Accounts receive 10% off all services. All you need to do is email us your company's information and please allow us 24-72 hours for processing your information when attempting to open an account.

Q: Why do you not give a flat rate over the phone?
A: We used to. Costumers took advantage of it and we end up losing money. We came out to the costumer and in reality the job was not like the costumer described it to be. Now, we give a minimum estimate over the phone and final quote is given on-site before the job is done. We take pride in our work and we are honest, hard working people.

Q: Why can't the receptionist give me an exact quote? I'm shopping around for prices!
A: The receptionist is not qualified to give out flat rates. She only collects the information and passes it on. If shopping around ask the technician to provide you with an exact flat rate over the phone, he may be able to do so.
